Al Rashid Investments is proud to launch its signature project – The International Ceramic City. ICC is the first project of its kind in the region that invites manufacturers of ceramic tile, sanitary ware, stones and related industry from all over the world to open showrooms and display offices. The project is strategically located in the vicinity of the new extended city of Dubai, near the DWC Airport and Logistics city which is characterized as the aviation and logistical hub of Middle East, North Africa and South Asia Region.

ICC Dubai's facility has an approximate leasable showroom space of 300,000 square feet derived from nine buildings, each of them being Ground plus one storied. The complete complex has been designed as an integrated business park complying with energy efficient standards. The showroom space is based on modular design in order to accommodate for flexible usage in terms of size and design.

ICC Dubai helps its customers to set up, operate and promote their business through its customer services department, trade development department and government relations department.

Al Rashid Investments sees this project as a first B2B project for the Ceramics & Sanitary ware industry which will help the manufacturers, end users and the local economy significantly.
